- We hold your date with a signed contract and 30% retainer. The remaining balance splits across two milestones, with the final payment due 14 days before your event.
- Can we send a do-play and do-not-play list?
- Yes. Our planning portal is built for it — must-plays, do-not-plays, and genre preferences. We blend your input with live floor-reading so the night feels personal, not generic.
- Do you handle the ceremony and cocktail hour?
- Yes. The Signature and Premier packages include multi-zone sound — separate setups for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the main room — plus a discreet lavalier for the officiant.
- Are you fully insured?
- Yes. We carry $2M general liability insurance with a Certificate of Insurance available on request — required by most Capital Region venues.
